Resolving to Become a Monk Posture

ณ ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำอโนมานที หลังจากที่พระมหาบุรุษตัดพระเมาลีแล้ว ทรงอธิษฐานเพศเป็นบรรพชิต ขณะตัดพระเมาลีแล้วทรงอธิษฐานเพศเป็นบรรพชิต ขณะนั้นฆฎิการพรหมได้นำอัฐบริขารเข้าไปถวายพระองค์ทรงนุ่งห่มผ้ากาสาวพัสตร์ทรงเพศเป็นบรรพชิตแล้ว จึงมอบผ้าห่มเมื่อยังเป็นคฤหัสถ์คู่หนึ่งแก่ฆฎิการพรหม ฆฎิการพรหมได้นำผ้าคู่นั้นไปบรรจุไว้ในทุสสเจดีย์บนพรหมโลก

After the Prince cut off his hair he resolved to become a monk at the bank of the Anoma River. Then Ghatikara Maha Brahma offered him Attha Borishaan, eight necessary requisites of the Buddhist monk garments and utensils. Once the Prince wore monk robe, he gave his princely clothes to Ghatikara Maha Brahma who took enshrined them in the Dussa Ceti in the Brahma.
